Frustrating product

After living with the product for several months I would say that it fails to live up to my expections. On a medium pile carpeting the mat moves all over the place under my rolling chair. I have to adjust it daily because it hits the desk base and scratches it. I'd recommend you look elsewhere for a mat of this shape but with larger points.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered these mats from you. I have thick pile carpeting so they only last a couple of years. I love your delivery to my front door as these are not something I would want to carry in my car.

Just received this chair mat and installed it over the weekend. It appears to be very sturdy and works well with our medium pile carpet. The measurements of this chair mat are listed but due to its odd shape it would be helpful to have a little more detailed description of the dimensions. I purchased this for my husband to use in his home office and it is really large. I prefer oversized to undersized though. We were able to adapt by putting one side of the mat partially under the file drawer side of the desk.
