I purchased this mat after looking at several others in speaking with a customer service rep to pick up the right one I was told this would match the pile of my carpet as well as my chair and it has many Indents and is completely useless the chair will not roll.

I bought this for my new home office since rolling around on the carpet wasn't working. It is pretty large and had to maneuver it around other furniture but got it in. A second person is helpful for that. After sitting in one position for awhile the chair casters do settle into the plaster but once you shift the plastic bounces back. Good product for the pricing. Oh one other note. It was delivered as is because it won't fit in a box. I was home when the delivery person came so I was able to bring it in right away.

Size is great but should be thicker at lest 3/8 " thick for someone over 300 hundred pounds. Wheels on chair leaves indents in rug.Would be fine for 230 pounds and under.
