Cons: The Mat moves around a lot on thick carpet and dents very easily. Pros: The size is perfect for a corner desk. The material seems of good quality (it didnt smell). The packaging was pretty good as it is difficult to ship something like this. It arrived in a giant box and the mat was rolled. However after a day with heavy things on top of it it straightened out nicely.
Much too soft for medium pile carpet. Chair wheels create ruts that make it very difficult to move. Wish I had purchased another like another user said..

This product is made cheap and will not last long. THe design is ok but the construction and thin material won't last long. [$]
We bought a new L-shaped desk for our home office (COVID). We needed a larger chair mat to make it easier to roll from side to side. My office is in the basement it is carpeted. This chair mat although a perfect size and shape for an L desk creases too easily from the chair. Now after 2 months the chair wheels just settle into their previous place so there really is no rolling around on this. Not to mention the shipping department that sent this to me rolled it up. It still has two very large bends from that for which I cannot get it to lay flat. Horrible purchase.

I wish I had spent the extra money to buy a thicker heavier duty chair mat. The chair casters have already created indentations in the mat. I do not see this lasting more than a year (if that) without replacing in frustration.
