This was an easy process! Ordered it online one day....delivered the next by a young man that carried it upstairs to my office. Very thoughtful great customer service and care.

Sometimes after sitting for a while the wheels sink in and make the first push hard to roll. It is very comfortable to walk on.

Too thin and breaks

I purchased my first of these mats 2 years ago. A year later it was broken and had a hole in it. I thought something out of character happened so I purchased another one. Now the second one has a hole in it and is broken. At [$] per year I'm ready to look for a different kind of mat. I'm very disappointed.

So thin the chair sitting on the chairmat without anyone in it caused the mat to bend!
