Mat seems fine as was delivery driver. Whoever prepared this for delivery -- no box -- wrote some code on the translucent mat with Magic Marker which won't come off even with solvent. Yeah it's a chair mat but it's still unsightly. Mat was also folded in transit which required hours of heat in the sun to flatten.

Seems to work OK. it does show indentations from just having the chair sitting on the mat. Chair dies not roll smoothly if you have been sitting for awhile.

I have a corner desk arrangement in my office and this chair mat has been the perfect replacement for an older one that is no longer usable. I have a low pile carpet - for which this mat seems to be best suited. It stays in place - no traveling - desk chair rolls nicely. So I'm very happy with my purchase.
