it is a good investment

We like the quality of the chair mat and the way it protects the underlying carpet. The thickness is just right and gives it just the right protection. It is easy to wipe when necessary and it holds in place without shifting.

Find a bettter way to ship it.

Product is fine. You really need to devise a better way to ship the product. I still can't get the tip to flatten out. It came all bent up from a sub freezing staples truck. It was curved from standing on end with no support. Luckily the curve is under my desk. It went from 4" in the air to just 1/2" in the air now.

Best chair mat yet

Our last mat for under our corner computer desk began to crack so the chair did not roll properly. We looked at several online and storefront business supply stores and Staples was the only store with the shape and size we desired. Customer service and delivery were efficient and fast. What more could you ask? Thank you Staples employees for ordering my product in a timely manner. Although I had hoped to pick up my carpet mat at the store I am glad I did not have to fit it in my car. Delivery was the best option since it was only available online!

We ordered this in spite of indifferent reviews. It all depends on your carpet. Ours is low-pile in the personal office and the chair mat is flexible. On a lower pile it would be rigid and perfect. Even so it is the best available choice for chair support for a corner desk.

Very good design for office but should provide more sizes. A little small; would have preferred a bigger size mat in the same shape.

I am very disppointed in this puchase from Staples.com. I bought two of these mats one for a corner desk and one for a regular desk as we had just installed new carpeting in our home office. I am afraid the constant shifting and my having to reposition it several times a day will cause undue wear and tear on the carpet. I need to go to Staples and see if this will be the case. With my old mats I never had this problem and I used them for over 6 years. I never in all that time had to reposition the mats.
