Really glad to have a corner mat for the L shaped desk finally. Shipping was fine. Have to see how the mat holds up as it seems to have dents in it from the chair after only 45 days of use. My previous mat may have been thicker more durable material.

Chair pad showing indentations already

I received this chair pad 3 days ago and it is showing chair indentations already. My other pad lasted for 2 years before cracking. I'm dissappointed thus far. I think the company has used an inferior plastic.

The shape of this particular mat is designed for L-shaped desk. I found those hard to come by. Was glad to find it in the Staples catalogue. Too early to tell about the wear but it appears to be heavy enough and holds up to the medium pile and doesn't "float" on it.

The perfect corner carpet mat but EXPENSIVE

This is by far the best carpet mat for my corner desk. It comes in at a 90 degree angle and has a large tab at the end for where you scoot in at the desk. It is very large and you can scoot your chair FAR around without running out of mat. What more could you ask for? Well the only thing would be a cheaper price. This thing was VERY expensive compared to square carpet mats. I got this thing for half off and it was still more expensive than the square mats. If you can stomach the price you will have a wonderful mat.

This chair mat is too soft for a rolling chair. The wheels make immediate divots and then settle in so they don't roll smoothly.
