Easy to use and works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really liked the product. Works well with the wand and gets the dishes cleaned. Works better than a dish rag and rinses clean easily. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Already bought a set for my sons house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago and one scrubber has lasted quite awhile. I have not had to change it yet. They're shaped perfectly to get into the crevices of dishes. It can get stubborn food off because of the rough texture. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed using this product for years until they started making the removable center that just waste soap now the center is more secure but the wind leaks out at the base. So before I was cleaning smarter, not harder and now I’m just wasteful, very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible re-design!

This product has been in my kitchen for over 10 years. However designed the hole in the sponge should be fired! Wastes soap down the drain like nobody's business. 2 thumbs down from me! Should have a choice of hole or no hole.

Good product is now junk.

What have you changed with the heavy duty wand refill? I have purchased the green 3 pack refills and the head separates from the holder after a few days. I have used these for many years and have never had this problem until now. Something has changed in the last few months and I am disgusted at the poor quality!!!!

Inferior Adhesive - Planned Obsolescence

I have used Scotch Brite dish wands for years. I have chosen their wands over similar products from competitors because they dispense soap well and tend not to scratch.
I will no longer be choosing Scotch Brite.
The adhesive used to attach the sponge to the plastic clip in the refill packs is severely worse than it used to be. In the last pack I purchased, the foam sponge started to separate from the wand on the second use. After 5-6 washes the sponge separated from the wand entirely. This happened for both replacement heads in the pack.
I used to be able to use the same head for 1 month or longer. I would replace it when it got torn from use or started to smell.

I am not one to leave scathing reviews, and I recognize that this is not an expensive item. However, the last pack of replacement heads was so egregiously inferior to the previous product that I feel it must be called out.
I like to believe that people are inherently good, but in todays world of consumerism and record profiteering it is hard not to assume that 3M has intentionally made the product worse so they can sell more of them.
If a decision was made to intentionally use an inferior adhesive on this product - shame on you.

If this is a QA/QC issue - get to the bottom of it and issue a recall.
I will be using Vileda dish wands from here forward.
