Didn't receive p'work to pick up product

I made the purchase online to be picked up at the local store but never received any paperwork to identify myself when going to fetch the envelopes. I'm pretty sure there were lots of admonitions that only the person placing the order could pick it up; must have proper paperwork etc. but it looks like I am going to have to go to the store with nothing and see if they can straighten this out while I am there. Very disappointed in this process. Have done it before at a different retailer and it worked flawlessly.

They're yellow.

I don't know why EVERYONE in my office and EVERYONE at Staples insists these envelopes are brown. They are clearly yellow. Other than the lies that surround their mysterious hue I enjoy using these envelopes to mail documents. They're sturdy and very sleek. Loves them.

Hello we use these envelopes everyday with handing P&L to clients as well as once we have completed tax returns we will use to hand out our client's copy. These envelopes are very sturdy less expensive and you don't get charged extra at the post office because it does not have the clasp. Strongly recommend if you mail info in envelopes to clients make sure to use this kind. You will save money. So in your next order make sure to include a box of the Brown Catalog envelopes and you too will notice the savings.

I will use these to hold coloring books and crayons for children in Afghanistan which our soldiers will hand out. Also I will use to hold female magazines and male magazines.
