We at M.A. Miller use these 9x12 envelopes all year round. For our regular bookeeping clients we use these to hand them their completed P&L statements. During payroll we will use to include their payroll reports and during tax season we use to mail out to clients and hand out completed tax returns. We prefer this style because we found out that we save money by using these envelopes because envelopes with clasps are processed individually at the post office and because of that it costs more money. Having all finished work in an envelope is best for the reason that all papers stay in place and clients wont have papers sliding here and there.
They are durable but the glue on the back doesn’t stick well. I had to use tape on each envelope I mailed.

We have a small online stamp dealership so we ship packages of philatelic materials all over the world. These envelopes are adequate for our purposes; however I reinforce the flaps and seam with shipping tape. Although the paper is sturdy the seams are not.
