Works great but needs loading instructions

Purchased on sale at a decent price easy to use once you figure out how to load it. Spent considerable time trying the tape inserted different ways but ended up looking at online videos for other dispensers to figure it out.

Not well made. Tape won't grab on the roller. I am planning on returning it and exchanging it for the more expensive Scotch brand model.

tape catches on item and has to be freed before it can be used again. Other tape guns I have used work better
