Very disappointed with product. Skip this one and pay a few bucks extra for a better quality dispenser.

The handle spun loose and the screw is too hard to reach to tighten it. It's useless now.

I used it for shipping. I liked the soft grip but the handle screw came off and it is almost impossible to get it back on b/c it is inside the handle!

If you do mass shipping this is not the one for you. If you want an inexpensive dispenser to use occasionally this one is ok

The tape catches on the silver guide making it difficult to pull the tape forward without slipping and sticking.
