Unfortunately this dispenser does not work very well. It is constantly getting jammed. I will be returning it to Staples. I think the jamming may be caused by the size of the metal "stabilizer" I think it may be to small when comparing it other tape dispensers that piece is wider.

It is adequate for the job. I use it at work and it performs better than the ones my job provides. The tape gets stuck in the guide bar quite a bit so always having to grap tape and stick it to the box to get it started. It can be difficult to cut the tape off the box also. For my job I would prefer a much more heavy duty professional dispenser but if just using it occassionally and not very many boxes it would be adequate for the cost.

Dispenser is fine but I do not like the tape. Too thin and I am spending more time in scrapping it loose to get it out.

Used this to move from eastern mass to western mass. I work full time so in the month I had to move I really had only a couple hours a day. So I wanted to be able to pack and tape as quickly and efficiently as possible. This did the trick. Nothing amazing though the foam handle was nice. But great bang for the buck.

i'm glad I got this one with a nice handle and the guard covering the teeth. I can't imagine putting together boxes without it. It holds the tape in place so it is ready to go when you pick it up. No messing with the tape to get it in the right place. It was also easy to reload.

I have so much trouble with this thing. I've never used a tape gun that I have to assist with cutting the tape. I also cut my finger so that also sucked.
