No directions. I could not figure out how to load the dispenser or to change the blade. I tried to use this site. When I saw how many people had trouble i dicided to take it back. I just bought it and I've never been able to use it. I don't have the receipt but if they won't take it back I'll just throw it away. I have wasted a lot of time with this today!

Use it to tape [...] boxes and other boxes togather. The dispenser is very nice but the tape lets loose or stretches (not sure which). I replaced my roll with a 3M roll and do not have that problem anymore.

Found this much easier to use than one that was picked up at U-Haul. Grip might be a little to big for some hands but otherwise terrific item. The protective cover to prevent accidental cuts also a great feature.

I like the blade safety latch. You need to work on the tape sticking ot the metal lever. Thisaffects the rolling of thetape as well.

Very irritating that the tape sticks to the metal that is next to the roller. That piece of metal should be made of some non-stick material so tape doesn't stick to it.
