The tape dispenser is poorly engineered as the tape sticks to the base every time I want to roll some tape out. Handle is too short also.

this is a sturdy product - i just wish it would tear a bit easier i really have to work it just right. it's just a bit awkward to use.

Poor design=loose handle w/no* fix

After a period of heavy use the handle of the dispenser became loose. I'd simply have tightened it but the head of the bolt inside the handle is not easily drivable to a point of secure tightness. In the end my husband added a lock washer to prevent the problem's recurrence in the future.

Easy on the Hands and Operates Smoothly

I debated about buying this as there are so many tapes that now include dispensers. This makes package wrapping easy! I'm glad I made the investment. Even though it was relatively inexpensive it works better than previous dispensers I have owned.
