Tape roll comes off

As you use it the roll of tape slides off the side quickly and you have to push it back in constantly or the tape roll falls off and gets stuck together.

I was disappointed that the dispenser did not have a molded hole for direct hanging or for a user's string-loop. The dispenser otherwise will be stored laying down taking up room potentially damaged and likely become infected with dust. I drilled my own hole for a string.

Works but not very good quality

The handle came loose after just a few days use. We had to repair it before being able to use it. We are not impressed with the quality.
