I would not buy this product again.

The tape catches on the silver guide making it difficult to pull the tape forward without slipping and sticking.

The only issue I had was the main screw under the handle was loose. It is very hard to get to tighten. So that made the product hard to use until I got it tighten.

Not the best tape dispenser I have ever used but it gets the job done. Also much cheaper!

I have replaced a heavier tape dispenser with this one and like it very much. The grip has a coating of soft sponge that is comfortable for aging hands. The dispenser is quite light weight so is easily lifted and managed. It seems to be well-made (time will tell) however I deducted 1 star as I would have liked a bit more weightiness in this kind of a product.
