HARD TO USE

NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSERT TAPE INTO IT; CANNOT MAKE IT WORK RIGHT UNSTABLE AND TAPE STICKS TO ITSELF WHEN CUTTING. I'VE ALREADY COMPLAINED ABOUT IT BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE.

Good buy for the money

The only issue I had was the main screw under the handle was loose. It is very hard to get to tighten. So that made the product hard to use until I got it tighten.

I used it to tape boxes for shipping from our business. I quite using it because the tape constantly stuck to the device on the bottom that is suppose to keep the tape feeding off the role. It was frustrating to use and we gave it up.

Cannot use properly without some kind of instructions on how to insert the tape; went back to store where purchased and even they were not sure how to work it. It is hard to use as it is so I think we're not using it properly.

The tape doesn't want to stay on the roller area making it hard to use on packages. You have to readjust the tape back onto the roller to continue using it.

Poorly made handle broke

The tape does not come out easily much harder to use compared to my other packing tape dispenser. Handle broke the third time I used it. It was not well made and the design was subpar too.
