The tape sticks to the metal tensioner when ther is a lengthy time between uses. It then becomes diffcult to pull the tape and a long pice comes rolling out.

difficult to start to use/ no directions on how to set up tape. cutting knife is a little hard to use but I think I have the hang of it now

we are moving and have taped lots of boxes and this is very easy to use and the tape stays untangled and doesn't stick to itself.

Finally a tape gun that works!

Works great without fancy levers and cutting tools. The blade can be covered for safety but the design is not overly complex in attempt to be safe.

This product was purchased for the sole use in packaging boxed items for my upcoming move. The gun worked perfectly and the handle padding made it comfortable to hold. The tape included was a great weight...not as flimsy as the tape provided from the box company I used.
