Poor design=loose handle w/no* fix

After a period of heavy use the handle of the dispenser became loose. I'd simply have tightened it but the head of the bolt inside the handle is not easily drivable to a point of secure tightness. In the end my husband added a lock washer to prevent the problem's recurrence in the future.

It needs instruction on setting it up or getting the tape started. It was a major problem for us. I almost took it back.

I use this tape gun for all sealing of boxes decorating packages I want to stack together and when I add wide ribbon to a package turning tape inside out it really holds the package together nicely. I like the rubber grip handle and the lock which keeps the tape in place and even on both sides. I cut open a large contractor trash bag to put a 45-inch Christmas wreath in I taped the bag along its sides and made it a double size bag using the tape. It held the sides together nicely and the new double bag was very strong!!

Best quality for anyone packing up boxes

This product is the Mercedes Benz of packing tape guns. The tape that comes with it is really strong. The tape doesn't get stuck on itself. It comes apart if it does. When you do apply the tape to your box it does stick permanently.
