Like the cushioned grip but the metal spring that holds the tape is too tight so the tape does not flow easily. You have to push it out of the way and feed the tape using two hands.

While some reviews complained of difficulty in use this product is easy but the tape does catch on the sticky side. This is not uncommon on any like dispenser.

Having had tape dispensers before I know how they are supposed to work. This one did not work. AT ALL. The tape dispenser remained stuck to the tape no matter what adjustments were made to it. I finally just removed the tape and used my teeth. It worked much better.
