There are no instructions on how to load the tape or use the despenser. The tape gets stuck on the metal tongue under the roller making it hard to pull to despence. At one point the tape got stuck and I pulled the tape to feed it thru and The tape roll slipped off onto the floor and I had a twisted tape mess. We have a tape despenser at work and it is not as difficult to use as this one is. I purchased this so I can tape boxes to for our move to a new home.

The tape doesn't try to slide off the roller. It cuts the tape nice and clean. The tape itself is a very good tape. The padded handle is a big plus.

Comfortable handle but...

I've used many tape dispensers over the years packing boxes and this one is only slightly better than the little plastic jobs that sometimes accompany packing tape. The handle needs to be slightly longer to provide more leverage and the cutter teeth need to be longer and more tapered to cut more efficiently.

it keeps the tape from bunching up when pulling it out and can get large strips out at one pull but its cutter at the end is hard to get it to cut tape off may be to high up so can't get the tape in the right place to cut it off

Directions for feeding tape into dispens

There was nothing in the packaging on how to feed the tape into the dispenser. I had to get someone to do it for me. Should have been printed on the package.
