The tape didn't thread. No directions. Finally bought this to make packing two college kids things easier. Turned into a joke and frustration. Really poor design.

Absolutely the worst tape gun ever used. Being a warehouse manager I've used my share and this one takes the stand as the worst. Tape never rips where it should handle broke as well as cutter. Do not waste your money

Price was reasonable however feeding the tape was nearly impossible. I found the instructions unhelpful.

This isn't a bad product but it's difficult to use (for me). The tape is getting stuck constantly and getting it unstuck is a challenge because it's tough to do that and not get shredded by the serrated cutting edge. I still use the dispenser but sparingly. I find myself purposely avoiding it.

Whomever designed this must have not known what they were doing. Tape doesn’t roll through always gets stuck - which was obvious before even using. Skip this dispenser.

Comfortable handle but...

I've used many tape dispensers over the years packing boxes and this one is only slightly better than the little plastic jobs that sometimes accompany packing tape. The handle needs to be slightly longer to provide more leverage and the cutter teeth need to be longer and more tapered to cut more efficiently.
