Tape end sticking problem

Very irritating that the tape sticks to the metal that is next to the roller. That piece of metal should be made of some non-stick material so tape doesn't stick to it.

Just plain difficult to use

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to make an easy to use functional tape dispenser but it certainly seems difficult based on how bad most of them are. And this one is no different from the rest. We package a few boxes a week most of them smaller boxes and I invariably have to use what seems like half a roll of tape since this thing doesn't want to cut the tape when I need it cut. It seems like it might just be easier to buy the tape get a pair of scissors and just go old school and get my boxes put together that way. This dispenser is no worse than any other I've used which makes it a product I absolutely regret buying.

Requires too much hand & wrist strength

I found this tape dispenser more difficult to use than the one that comes free with a roll of packing tape. It requires great hand and wrist strength. It is heavy and has a bulky handle. A man with large strong hands probably wouldn't have difficulty. Also tape sticks to everything it touches when you set the dispenser down. It should have some sort of shield like the cutting edge has a shield.

Tape fall off of dispenser

The tape fall off the dispenser and then you spend 5 minutes trying to find the end of the tape so you can try again. The spool needs to be larger or have a lock on it. The old one never had this issue.
