I am an older female. Moving. Easy for even me to use! Love this. Padded handle is great as I have carpal tunnel. THANKS for having such a great sturdy well designed product - as always!

tape catches on item and has to be freed before it can be used again. Other tape guns I have used work better

The stickiness is sometimes too good!

When using this the tape sticks to the dispenser. It takes both hands to get the tape to actually come out of the roll and by then it is sticking to itself. We do lots of taping of packages for shipment and I don't want to waste time and tape trying to make it work.

I understand that the blade cover on this tape dispenser is for safety but it makes cutting the tape very difficult. I wish I had known this before buying it.

THIS PRODUCT CAME WITHOUT ANY DIRECTIONS AT ALL. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. SO DIFFICULT TO USE AND MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
