Needed to tape boxes for moving project. Wanted something that was easy to use. This is not the product. No instructions on how to thread tape. Tape slips out of dispensing mechanism easily.

The tape is either hard to stretch or too loose and gives too much tape. This is probably the worst of its kind I've ever used. It is cheaply made and not useful. I would rather buy a new one than use this model.

easy to use but the tape sticks to the metal piece where it's dispersed from which is aggravating.

The tape dispenser is poorly engineered as the tape sticks to the base every time I want to roll some tape out. Handle is too short also.

Tape fall off of dispenser

The tape fall off the dispenser and then you spend 5 minutes trying to find the end of the tape so you can try again. The spool needs to be larger or have a lock on it. The old one never had this issue.

Use the product to prepare boxes for shipping overseas.Quick and easy. Don't like when the tape doesn't unwind properly; it then becomes difficult to find the starting point of the tape.Tape is easily tangled.Machine looks far to complicated when first purchased. I am a retired home owner who has absolutely no skills with even the simplest of tools.
