I like the dispenser but the attached cutter is hard to use. You have to be at the right angle to get it to cut without wasting too much tape. It's a good idea just needs tweaking.

This is a really nice tape dispenser. I especially like the safety cover for the cutter. No more cuts/scrapes from the Blade.

Good for large packages

Cuts well on long rapid runs but not as well for short pieces. Cutter could be sharper or more pointed.

Brake works too well

It is easy to load and operate but sometimes the tape which has excellent stickiness will cling to the brake for dear life.

Total Piece of garbage!

Had a move to get through and figured I'd pick up this tape gun to make life easier. Boy was this thing a TOTAL waste of money. The tape CONSTANTLY gets stuck on the tensioning arm which stops it from dispensing. When it doesn't get stuck to the tensioning arm it bounces back onto the roll backwards. Both of these situations are annoying and stops you from using the dispenser until you clear it. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage!
