About half the time the tape wraps back around the roll after you make a cutwith the cutter. Poor assembly instructions. Better off using a scissor or knife

Getting the tape to start coming out of the dispenser seems to be more difficult than with the last dispenser I had. The tape sticks persistently to the rewind prevention bar. With the low-stick and non-stick surfaces available today we should be able to produce something that catches the tape well enuf to hold it in place but will let go with a lite pull.

Found this much easier to use than one that was picked up at U-Haul. Grip might be a little to big for some hands but otherwise terrific item. The protective cover to prevent accidental cuts also a great feature.
