As this item is NOT easy to understand how to use it for the FIRST time -- i.e. "set up" --(For example: Which part must tape be fed through since there are SEVERAL possibilities) why don't instructions come with this item ??? :o(((

The tape sticks to the roller making it very sticky. Although it could have been the Staples Brand Tape too.

Fair operation due to the plastic leverage piece does not move the cutting blade to a position of cutting the tape. It remains stationary which makes it difficult to cut the tape.

Great for daily use!

I recently started shipping packages from my home on a more regular basis so I really needed to buy a tape gun instead of using the roll of tape and a scissor that wasn't working AT ALL. So I ventured out to my local Staples store I needed to purchase some other everyday business supplies the usual paper clips and scotchtape. They had a good deal on the shipping tape as well and thankfully they also had this tape gun in stock. It has been great to have it it is durable and the foam grip is a must have for my hands. I would recommend this as a good investment for anyone who ships packages regularly!

Tape cutting is not the best. Blade is too far recessed and you have to work for every cut.
