Works but not very good quality

The handle came loose after just a few days use. We had to repair it before being able to use it. We are not impressed with the quality.

Needed to pack about 40 boxes. This made the tapping very easy and required just one hand.

found what I wanted and the special pricing was good. It is working well for packing will probably need more and would be happy to get more of the same Everyone was easy when picking it up at the store.

Cannot use properly without some kind of instructions on how to insert the tape; went back to store where purchased and even they were not sure how to work it. It is hard to use as it is so I think we're not using it properly.

Dispenser is pretty good. 4**** but tape is not good 2**. It's not strong enough and it tangles easily.
