No directions therefore un-usable

Perhaps I'm stupid but I am guessing on how the tape is supposed to run through the dispenser and I think I'm guessing wrong because the tape gets stuck on the little metal tabe on the bottom. Simple directions would have been helpful. Very disappointed they weren't included. I would not recommend this product because of the lack of directions.

I really like these tape dispensers. They are a good size and very comfortable to use. The only thing I don't like is that they don't last very long with lots of use. The plastic piece on them breaks off easily and makes them not cut very well. I need a dispenser this size but more heavy duty.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this dispenser. the tape sticks and the serrated edge does not cut despite Pulling at every angle to make it cut. it just makes a big mess. I wish I never bought it.

Works great! Does its job and is not flimsy. I would love to write more than 400 characters but it is just a tape dispenser and Im not sure what more I can say about it other than it works great!
