The dispenser is very comfortable to use and when doing a large number of packages the foam handle keeps the hand from getting sore. The only draw back is there are no instructions on how to thread the tape through the machine. I have never used this type of dispenser and had to find someone who had so I could see how to get it to work.

I bought this item for work where I frequently package items that need to be secure when I send via UPS FED EX or US Mail. Just the right size for this product. I rate this product 5.

The only issue I have encountered is the tape will get stuck to the metal guide and becomes difficult to un stick and continue using.

Tape routinely gets stuck on metal guide under the tape roll. Does not cut tape very well.

Somehow my tape dispensers keep falling apart - screws come loose and get lost. So I went the EASY route and got this one from Staples and it works okay -- just like they always do. I like the foam handle but I'm in a Home Office not a shipping department so it doesn't matter. This one has only two screws to lose -- maybe I've learned my lesson.
