It works. The tape gets stuck to the chrome metal guide and is a real piano. I have used better dispensers but the price is unbeatable

This was one of the worst purchases I have made in a very long time. The tape that came with the dispenser is very poor quality and on many boxes which I also purchased at Staples did not stick to the box. The dispenser itself doesn't "hold" the tape i.e. it stays on the dispenser but since it isn't good quality tape it just keeps rolling past the point of where I wanted it to stop. When that happens it then sticks to the metal plate and is very difficult to remove the tape from the metal plate. This was definitely a failed purchase.
