Should come with instructions

I wanted a sturdy dispenser and this is. But the tape sticks to the metal strip (assuming I have it loaded correctly; since there is no instruction drawing with the item and it can be loaded two different ways I am just guessing). If I turn it around and load it the other way it sticks to the roller. Either the design is stupid or I am stupid.

This product was purchased for the sole use in packaging boxed items for my upcoming move. The gun worked perfectly and the handle padding made it comfortable to hold. The tape included was a great weight...not as flimsy as the tape provided from the box company I used.

after you cut tape the edge does not stay to be restarted. Must pull out with fingers. NOT very easy
