It was ok for the price but little plate that holds the tape to the wheel does not adjust for easy threading of the tape. Made it very difficult to thread the tape gun.

Very difficult to use. The tape sticks to the wheel and several people have looked at the directions thinking it’s assembled wrong but it’s not. I ended up taking the roll off the gun. Total waste of money.

"The cheap man pays the most." For a recent move we had two dispensers going - this Staples dispenser and a more heavy-duty one. This dispenser was clunkier to use and came unthreaded from time to time. This dispenser would do fine in an office setting for a package or two at a time. If you are taping boxes for hours on end spring for a sturdier model.

A very good tape dispenser for taping boxes in a hurry for moving or storage. A great size that uses a very sturdy type of tape.
