This isn't a bad product but it's difficult to use (for me). The tape is getting stuck constantly and getting it unstuck is a challenge because it's tough to do that and not get shredded by the serrated cutting edge. I still use the dispenser but sparingly. I find myself purposely avoiding it.

Either I'm not using it right or the tape is sticking to the medal plate where the tape goes between it and the roller. May it's just a learning curve. I'll learn eventually.
