The problem with returning ink cartridges is that it take a month to get the email for credit and rewards. If you delete the email by accident you at out of luck with the credit. The cashier is not able to bring your account up to see the rewards there gone:-( credit should be able to redeem at the next purchase if if it is the day you turn the cartridges in. Otherwise everything else is good:-)

Brake works too well

It is easy to load and operate but sometimes the tape which has excellent stickiness will cling to the brake for dear life.
