I would have given five stars but it was very difficult to get the label off of the cutter. In fact there is still a bit there and it affects the performance a tad.

I do a lot of shipping. After some time my hand started to hurt when using some other dispenser. The staples comfort grip is a nice cushion that feels nice in your hand. Its wide enough to hold without a tight grip and the material makes the holding it more comfortable. I recommend this dispenser if your looking for something reasonable priced and need something that does what is says.

It took me quite a while to figurre out how to set up tape dispenser. I failed to read the instructions first. Once I had the dispenser set-up it worked great.

This is not suitable for reinforced strapping tape the cutting edge is too coarse.
