I just got this a week ago after my old tape dispenser went missing... it is horrible! Every time I pack a box (which is quite often) I am fighting with this thing! I will definitely be tossing this aside and reordering the one I originally had that was from a different company. Tape is frustrating to deal with in general but I wanted to throw this out the window several times this week.

The tape doesn't try to slide off the roller. It cuts the tape nice and clean. The tape itself is a very good tape. The padded handle is a big plus.

Comfy grip but needs a tighter hold on the tape

Nice sharp cutting edge. Comfortable grip. The tape wobbles out of the dispenser very easily when you are moving it (albeit comfortably) across the package. I can’t figure out how to make the tape stay in place. Investigating the roller to see if it needs tightening. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Disappointed at the performance of this product. The 3M product it competes with has a few improvements that make it work a lot better than the preivae label knock-off.

Don't Waste Your Money

This product was complicated from the time I took it out of the box to try and load the tape not the go to tape dispenser. It's the junk dispenser that you throw out because the cost to send it back is too much!
