Whomever designed this must have not known what they were doing. Tape doesn’t roll through always gets stuck - which was obvious before even using. Skip this dispenser.

I was going to buy a small packing tape. Found this on clearance at a good price. It made sense to purchase this instead. So glad I did. Much easier to use. Refills are reasonable. This is worth buying.

Since you are asking the actual tape did not glide through and detach easily. So I was forced to remove the tape roll and use it as was without the dispenser. Honestly most of those tape dispensers takes more time than me just ripping it off myself and cutting with my teeth. the proce was better than the brands but in the end didn't do the job. Thanks anyway.
