The grip on this is comfortable but it does not cut easily. Somehow the packing tape gets tangled up and sadly I've wasted many feet of it. I plan to return this one as soon as possible. I recommend Coastwide Professional tape dispenser!! I do not have that issue with the name brand one. Thank you.

Works great and is comfortable to use. Don't see the sense to the more expensive ones that I ahve previously owned but it broke

This tape dispenser has a lot of issues. The tape never stays in line and the tape will bot tear off with the razor edge. I have to constantly use scissors to get the tape to cut and then manually get the tape back into place on the roller. Would not recommend

I had a hard time just keeping the tape cylinder on the spool. I hope others are able to advise as to what I'm doing wrong. I tried adjusting it with the dial in the center...but that didn't do. oh well

The handle for the packing tape was very difficult to use. I've used these styles of dispensers many times over the years but the Staples branded one is not all that smooth when the tape comes out.
