Spend the extra money and get the higher rated tape dispenser. This one doesn't allow the tearing off of the tape very well. While trying to do many packages we spent a low of time getting the tape restarted through the roller. The reason is when you tear the tape it pulls it back onto the roll instead of keeping it in place. We have another tape dispenser that is the higher cost version we bought and we don't have that problem. Spend the extra money this isn't worth the savings.

I just bought a Comfort Grip Tape Dispenser to replace the one I bought from Staples 15 years ago! They are great affordable and boy do they last. My experience was so good I got the same one as before (after 15 years the teeth to cut the tape bent). I highly recommend these
