Easy to use!

I'm so very happy with this item as I had the more expensive one and was unable to use it effectively - in fact I cut my finger badly with the it so to find this one was a blessing. It is easy to use - keeping the tape on the spool and running it across a box and being able to cut the tape smoothly.

This tape gun is very cheaply made. The tape gets loose easily in the tape gun.

HARD TO USE

NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSERT TAPE INTO IT; CANNOT MAKE IT WORK RIGHT UNSTABLE AND TAPE STICKS TO ITSELF WHEN CUTTING. I'VE ALREADY COMPLAINED ABOUT IT BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE.

it was to be used to tape moving boxes. it was easier to use the roll of tape than use the tape thing

Did the job as well as the name brand that I have used in the past. Smooth easy to load and very economical. I hate to spend more money than I need to and the Staples brand products always come through as 5 stars in my book.
