I finally threw this tape gun away and replaced with one I purchased elsewhere. The tape would not cut properly on the cutting blade. I think the blade is to far back. It was very difficult to set the tension correctly. I use 3 tape guns 1 for USPS Priority Mail tape 1 for Express Mail tape and 1 for clear tape. I had intended to buy 2 more but did not.

Tape Dispenser is being used all day in a shipping environment and hasn't failed us yet. Bought 3 and all working still.

I couldn't even use this thing! The dispenser itself is poorly designed and the tape is terrible. Just buy a little 3M one.

The stickiness is sometimes too good!

When using this the tape sticks to the dispenser. It takes both hands to get the tape to actually come out of the roll and by then it is sticking to itself. We do lots of taping of packages for shipment and I don't want to waste time and tape trying to make it work.

Can never get it to work properly. The tape gets bunched up. It's either dull blades or the the roll. Save your money
