Tried two diff brands of tape with this device; neither of them work at all well with this. Regret buying this tape gun and don't recommend it :(

This is one of the worst tape guns I have ever seen. I bought online from pictures and description to replace a tape gun that broke after 20+ years of faithful service (it was dropped). I will be surprised if this new tape gun lasts a month... dropped or not.

It's a little tricky getting the new roll of wide clear tape properly threaded. But after I do it is easy to apply to boxes or other surfaces. Comfortable in my hand.

this device is a poor knock off of the Scotch brand tape dispenser. The tape kept getting stuck to the dispenser. I returned it to the store and bought the Scotch brand dispenser.
