it keeps the tape from bunching up when pulling it out and can get large strips out at one pull but its cutter at the end is hard to get it to cut tape off may be to high up so can't get the tape in the right place to cut it off

Terrible waste of money

The tape dispenser is so difficult to use because the tape sticks to the metal tab below the roll. You end up cutting yourself trying to un stick it so it will dispense. Run away from this one.

Tape roll comes off

As you use it the roll of tape slides off the side quickly and you have to push it back in constantly or the tape roll falls off and gets stuck together.
