I don’t know what’s wrong with this dispenser. the tape sticks and the serrated edge does not cut despite Pulling at every angle to make it cut. it just makes a big mess. I wish I never bought it.

Maybe 1 out of 5 attempts to tape a box it would cut right. Should have spent this extra money buying the smaller self cutting rolls instead.

This tape dispenser has a lot of issues. The tape never stays in line and the tape will bot tear off with the razor edge. I have to constantly use scissors to get the tape to cut and then manually get the tape back into place on the roller. Would not recommend
