After 3 moves in the past 5 years I know a thing or two about taping up boxes. Staples Comfort Grip Tape Dispenser makes taping up boxes a breeze. It took me a few times to get the hang of it but it's very easy to use. Would recommend.

Everything about the dispenser met my expectations; the comfy grip the speed in which I could administer to the loads of packing to be done and the ease of use...once I figured it out. That's where the 4 stars came in. The instructions need to be toward a 2 yr old. That was just me.

Terrible product. Does not deserve a star. Tape doesn’t follow through the dispenser. Angle of handle with the blade does not make it easy to cut tape. End up with tape that isn’t flat and doesn’t stick to box.

The problem with returning ink cartridges is that it take a month to get the email for credit and rewards. If you delete the email by accident you at out of luck with the credit. The cashier is not able to bring your account up to see the rewards there gone:-( credit should be able to redeem at the next purchase if if it is the day you turn the cartridges in. Otherwise everything else is good:-)

I have so much trouble with this thing. I've never used a tape gun that I have to assist with cutting the tape. I also cut my finger so that also sucked.
