To short to use as weight bench

It's a great bench for doing hyper extensions but it is to short to use for a weight bench my head hangs over the end.

I??m 5??6?? and it fits me perfectly. IMO anyone over 6?? should keep scrolling. Easy to assemble, I didn??t need the instruction. Use it daily.

You one of my pads was torn on the side but I can fix it with some leather patch otherwise this was a good buy!

decent for tall people

I'm 6'4" and had a hard time finding something that would accomodate my height short of buying a super expensive gym piece. This is not a gym quality piece but it is strong enough for home use. Granted, I feel like it is only "just" large enough to fit taller people but I'm quite happy with it. 5 stars for the price and ergonomics, it's a solid addition.

This bench is good for ab exercises, back extensions, bicep curls etc. Love the versatility of it! I do wish it was a heavier bench though. When doing tricep dips off the side someone needs to sit on the end of the bench so it does not tip, and I am not that heavy as an fyi so it isn't due to that. Do like that the pads come out easily to use the bench as a normal simple one too.
