Difficult to assemble

The manual has such small type in the assembly instructions that is difficult to read. One of the handle grips didn¡¯t slide into the frame because the pipe was bent. Fortunately I was able to bend it back into shape.

Good sturdy unit.

This bench offers everything I wanted in an exercise bench. It's well built and has no issues with my 6' 1', 220 lb. frame. It is advertised as foldable which was appealing because I have limited space. I would not consider this unit easily storable. If you need to hide this away in your small place I don't recommend it. If your OK with leaving it out it's well worth the money.

Arm rest

I am start using that for my training and I have found that the top 2 armrests are to close to each other. When I do slopes it is not 100% confutable.

Works very well. I wanted a Roman chair and saw that it was the same price as one of these. I like being able to use this in multiple ways.
