It's a simple reasonably sturdy inclined bench with ankle and back of knee padding. For the money it's perfect. In retrospect, I should have paid a bit more and purchased one that adjusts and also becomes a horizontal bench too.

5 minutes to assemble, can't remember if it came with a wrench or not but even then, use your own anyway. Instructions were very clear- not that you really need them for this anyway. Really straight forward.
2 differenr heights you can easily change to and from for where you want your feet resting. (Higher, lower) Due note the padding for the 2 bars are different and meant to be used on the appropriate bar. I didn't realize this at first and saw they were lose- just check which ones fit better.
Padding for your back, calves and ankles is great. Padding hasn't been worn down at all. I wouldn't get too crazy with it as the backside to the pad is cheapy wood, wouldn't want to break it by just using the edges.
Very sturdy, no left-right movement, up-down swaying, clinks or clanks, and no lose bolt sounds.
Has held up with 2-3 times a week from myself plus one other. Very little wear has been donne to this.
Can be stood upright to save room.
Myself weighing at 200lbs, the other 160lbs.
Look no further, this is the one.

Worth the price!

The colors are great and it's pretty sturdy but the directions were very wonky, had to look at the pictures on the website to get an idea but it wasn't impossible, and one of the Red Farms was torn but thankfully I had some red duct tape to tape it up overall worth the price.

Worth the money

I just needed a beginner workout bench and this is great. The support pads came damaged but I received replacement parts free of charge in just a couple days. Great customer service. When using the bar that contains the support pads its moves right and left a bit. It is not a snug fit im assuming to allow to heighten and lower the bar therefore when doing pushup's the bar moves from side to side. A little flaw is all I can say everything else is perfect. Great value for the money.

First of all, it is sturdy. I'm 6 foot tall and 220 lbs. I am impressed with it's sturdy build, and it didn't take that long to assemble.
Second, it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well.

Great investment for bench workouts and back exercises

The item was not damaged in any way - perfect condition, the seat cushion intact, metals were not scraped.
You can do abs, you can do lower back, everything fits... even for a small person. Those cushiony things may be adjusted, please do.
