Although I got this product as a gift, I have used it every single day. I love it so much! It bruise the perfect amount of espresso and also the greatest amount of sweetness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product complimentary from Philips. This was a roller coaster experience for me. I was surprised the box arrived and there was no manual so I had to do a good bit of googling as this is my first espresso maker. Setting up wasn’t a breeze and originally I didn’t think it was going to work. After I worked through that I was slightly surprised at how loud the machine was as it’s marketed to be quiet. I definitely couldn’t use this while my toddler was napping or in the morning while everyone else was sleeping. Now on to the good. Really amazing coffee. I’ve been loving making iced coffee with this, it comes out so fresh! I like that the water reservoir holds a good bit so I’m not constantly refilling. Overall, I would recommend!

I have used this machine at work for more than a year. I finally bought one for home. I use this machine every day. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. It makes consistent hot, great, espresso. Nice grandma and very smooth. Have never had an issue with it at all. I highly recommend this one to anyone considering an espresso machine.

Bought it 4 months ago. Works and tastes great... but you must wipe down the area where the espresso comes out every time with a damp paper towel.. Also wash out the pod every time.
