Lost function over time

I bought this 6 months ago and it worked well for me until a couple months ago. I contacted Philips for help and they told me to do a factory reset - now I do it every time I pull a shot. The grind settings deteriorated and now all that’s left in the portafilter is a wet sludge of coffee grounds as opposed to a fully extracted, relatively dry, combined puck. Its extraction is basically horrible now.

Ok at home espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I YouTubed how to use because I didn’t see any real directions as to how to use (I have drank espresso before but never made any at home). It did its job and once I had it figured out wasn’t hard to use. It ground the whole beans well and had excellent flavor. The machine looked nice but for the price I would have thought that it would have a sturdier feel and less of the thinish plastic that the body was made out of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is gorgeous and super easy to use that was gifted by philipshomelivingna! I like how it’s not too big and more of a compact coffee maker. I love the optional milk foamer attachment too. Pretty quiet when it comes to brewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Rocky start, excellent finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product complimentary from Philips. This was a roller coaster experience for me. I was surprised the box arrived and there was no manual so I had to do a good bit of googling as this is my first espresso maker. Setting up wasn’t a breeze and originally I didn’t think it was going to work. After I worked through that I was slightly surprised at how loud the machine was as it’s marketed to be quiet. I definitely couldn’t use this while my toddler was napping or in the morning while everyone else was sleeping. Now on to the good. Really amazing coffee. I’ve been loving making iced coffee with this, it comes out so fresh! I like that the water reservoir holds a good bit so I’m not constantly refilling. Overall, I would recommend!
