Works well. Great for yard cleanup and pruning. Weight is a little awkward, especially with the big 6Ah battery, but it’s a big long polesaw so that’s normal.

Easy to assemble the arms,, easy to use, cuts like butter

I bought this and received it yesterday, 8/24/2021. I immediately assembled the extension bars, added the oil to the reservoir, tightened the chain and waited for the battery to fully charge. Once the battery was charged I set out to eliminate the low hanging limbs that have bothered me for some time. It cut through them like butter with no problems at all. The thickest limb was around 5 to 6 inches round. I'm sure it can do more but that was the thickest limb I needed removed at this time. I chose this product because I have had their blower and their hand held chainsaw for 4 to 5 years and have never had a problem with either of them. They are so convenient to use and store. I found no disappointment in adding this Pole Saw to my tools.

This pole saw is very powerful and has a great extended-reach compared to other pole saws on the market. Add the fact that it is cordless and it's a true winner. It cut through six to seven inch branches and limbs with no problems at all. An excellent tool.

12ft tall bushes

I bought this combo, because I have 2 almost 15 ft tall bushes in the front of my house and the reach, with the extension, is about 10 ft or so; and having used the greenworks pro 60V dual string weedeater for a year, give or take, I was very confident that the product would be great and it was. Added benefit, I didn't have to get on a ladder to do these tall bushes. I trimmed the top 2.5ft of both tall bushes, trimmed a shorter bush approximately 5ft wide, used the 10" chainsaw att to cut limbs off of something growing through our fence, switched to the weedeater and trimmed over half of our yard, at least an hour and a half's worth of work before I changed batteries. I love the weight difference between gas powered and the electric weedeaters. I worked for my local municipality for 8 years running a weedeater everyday and I love these products, I can't recommend them enough.

Ok for the price my only real complaint is how often the chain comes off. It requires tightening often which could be a result of new chain stretching. I’ve used it fir a couple hours so far so hope it improves as chain seasons.

Sorry to hear that the unit is performing to your expectations. Chains stretch with use. When new, they stretch more. The tension on a new or newish chain should be checked and tightened every 20 minutes of cutting or so, it can get away from you fast. This is normal stretching. Tension techniques can be found in the owner's manual. This is a great saw, not as heavy as my gas saw. The best feature is I can stop the chain saw and rest and start again ease.
