Lots of power and easy to use. It seems to be a lower quality when the three buffer springs that help pop the battery out when released all came out of their seats. I used a caulk to try and hold them in place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Pro 60 volt pole saw. I did have top wait until Greenworks got the 60 volt version back in stock. I have other 60 volt products, chainsaw, blower, weed eater. All work great so far, much more convenient than my old gas machines.

Epic! This thing is way more powerful than I was expecting. I trimmed the heck of 3 large large trees in my yard and this thing just ate it right up. All on one 2.5 AH battery without charge. Some branches were easily 8" in diameter. Good length of the pole to reach high limbs without a ladder. It uses alot of chain oil, so just make sure you have plenty of it (very cheap stuff to have on hand). It makes sense though, trying to keep the motor and blades cool. Highly recommend to own as part of the cordless collection.

New chains tend to stretch; so be sure to check the chain tension frequently and tension as required. However, be sure to never tension a warm chain before storing as chains shrink when cooling and this can damage the chain, bar and saw. Please ensure that when you remove the side cover that the following parts are there and in order: sprocket (chain wheel), chain wheel washer and finally the c-lip. These parts are imperative when it comes to keeping the chain on. Please note that this product carries a 4-year warranty from the date of purchase. Wearable parts carry a 90-day warranty against wear and tear. If you notice any of these parts missing or you are still experiencing issues, we would be interested in hearing more about this issue. All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.

I have the 60v blower and trimmer love them both but only down fall is I have 4 60volts battery and their run time is all different not happy with how long 2 of them last.very expensive for them not to give the performance of other 2.
